Once you have set up a new direct debit, we recommend that you please send an email to sales@ubie.co.uk, just to let us know your intent for the old direct debit to be cancelled (which we can do on our side) and for the new one to be used for future payments.

Please be aware any payments currently going through; we might not be able to change the direct debit on the payment if it has reached the bank network stage.
